Returns
You can return unused items within 14 days. Follow the steps below:
Login to our website with your e-mail and the verification code we send you.
Select an order or a selection of products to return.
Provide a reason for the return and send the return application form.
Refund
When your return request has been accepted, you will receive an email explaining how to return the item. The costs for returns are on your expense.
Once your return has been received and processed, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
